ArtsNite 2016 with Onam Celebration

Dear members,

We are pleased to have you as a member of VMASC. Year after year, Valley Club’s success with better programs, more participants and more members is the proof that we believe it is important to pass our culture and traditions along to the next generation. This year again we are combining our Arts Night with the Onam Celebration with the delicious Onasadya (free for all the members). So please don't miss out, bring your friends and family.

Venue: Lawrence Middle School Auditorium, (10100 Variel Ave, Chatsworth, CA 91311)
Date: August 27th, 2016
Time: 4:30 pm (Dinner/Onasadya). Cultural Programs Starts at 6:30 pm

Please mark your calendar and go through the details below especially for those wanted to participate in the cultural programs. There are several items are coordinated by the Club itself and please contact the appropriate persons on the list to participate by July 18th. We encourage the full participation and support.

Cultural Programs - General Rules:

- Cut Off Date: August 6th, Saturday.

- All the performing schools will be asked to be sponsors.

- Only group items (minimum 3 participants) and duet will be considered for the night in the interest of time.

- Each team will be given a specific amount of time and it will not be extended.

- Once the program schedule is fixed, no changes will be considered.

- 100% of the participants all the group events should be from the club members except the sponsored items.

- Valley Club Coordinated (sponsored) Items and Contacts for participation. Please register before Monday, July 18th.

· Couples Dance (Coordinator: Dhinu Manalel @ 818-456-7019)

· Ladies Fusion Dance (Coordinator: Becky John @ 774-317-8730 (VM only))

· Thiruvathira (Coordinator: Archana Madhu Kumar @ 818-930-7166).

- 100% of the participants all the group events should be from the club members.

- The coordinators’ word will be final. They may consult the executive committee.
